Participation is open to the people interested in the WAVES 2005
Symposium. Those who wish to attend the Symposium should fill in the Registration Form and return it to the
Technical Secretariat.

* * This special fee excludes Welcome cocktail and the
“Iribarren: Ingeniería y Mar” Exhibition, Exhibition Catalogue and
final banquet. Students must attach a copy of their student ID.
** Includes invitation to the social events (Welcome Party,
Exhibition welcome cocktail, and final banquet). It does not include
admission to the technical sessions.
List of assistants will be included in the Symposium
documentation. Their data will appear with similar aspect to the
registration form. Please indicate if some modification would be
wished.

The post – Symposium technical tour is available for
an additional fee.
Method of Payment
Please keep in mind that your payment has to have been
completed (received in the CEDEX account) before 31st of May
in order to take advantage of the discount. Otherwise the
general participant fee of 800 euros will be applied, even if
the form has been sent previously.
Payment of registration fees may be made by one of the
following methods:
CREDIT CARD: You may use Visa,
Eurocard or MasterCard. Be certain to fill in the payment
information on the registration form if you use this method.
BANK TRANSFER:

if you use this method of payment, do not forget to

copy with your registration form to the Technical

CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Any change to your registration should be sent in writing to

NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE AFTER THE SYMPOSIUM
REGISTRATION.
