Within walking distance from the Palacio de Congresos there is a wide variety of quality hotels. The Technical Secretariat of the Symposium has established an agreement with some of them, allowing special rates for attendees and accompanying persons. An early reservation is advised in order to benefit from those special prices.

The rates are per room and night, bed and breakfast included, (VAT 7% included).

* For the confirmation of the hotel reservation, it's necessary to pay a deposit of one night in advance as guarantee of the reservation.

Rates are per room and night, bed and breakfast included, (VAT 7% included). For the confirmation of the hotel reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit in advance as a guarantee of the reservation. Moreover, all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number although the payment can be made by another method, (bank transfer or bank draft).

The advanced deposits will be forwarded to the Hotel, and they will be deducted from the final hotel invoice. No reservation will be processed without the payment of this deposit and the credit card number.

The reservations will be made on a first come / first served basis. Any change you wish to introduce in the Hotel bookings must beaddressed to TILESA OPC by e-mail: waves2005@tilesa.es, and not to the Hotel.

Method of Payment

All payments must be made in Euros to TILESA OPC, S.L. by:

•  Credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD (only accepted).

Cancellation policy

• All Hotel Cancellations must be sent by email to waves2005@tilesa.es
  
• Hotel Cancellations received before 1st June 2005 will have a cancellation fee of 12 Euros for transaction costs. Hotel Cancellations received after June 1st, 2005 will have a cancellation fee corresponding to the hotel deposit (one night).
  
• In case of NO SHOW at the hotel (people who do not show up having confirmed a hotel reservation), hotels will apply charges corresponding to the whole amount of your reservation (from the checking in date to the check out date).

Please, we recommend you to cancel ahead of time.

Please notice that credit card details will be given to the Hotel as a guarantee. Please do not contact the hotel directly, as the Secretariat handles all the reservations. Inquiries should be addressed to

Hotel confirmation

TILESA OPC will confirm receipt of your hotel reservation with the complete details of your hotel accommodation and your balance. If you do not receive a confirmation letter within two weeks after you have made your reservation, please contact TILESA OPC.
