CEDEX, in the fulfilment of its statutory aims and functions, pays great attention to the activity of training and transfer of technology.

The actions in training have acquired a very significant international acknowledgement with the years, becoming a meeting point and forum of discussion among the specialists in each one of the different areas of Civil Engineering.

On the other hand, also it can be emphasized the activity of training and updating of the technical and scientific knowledge, that the School of Technical Training of CEDEX carries out for the personnel of the Ministries of Fomento and Environment.

• MASTERS.- Long-length international courses (five months) and higher courses (up to one year), where the students are required advanced or medium degree studies, depending on the cases, besides experience in the subjects object of each Master.
• COURSES.- Short-length courses (one or two weeks) addressed to professionals of the Administration, universities or private sector.
• WORKSHOPS.- Activities of one or two days of duration focussed on very punctual aspects of the Civil Engineering.
• OTHER ACTIVITIES.- Sporadic activities, such as Symposiums, Congresses, etc.

In order to register for these activities certain conditions of registration have to be taken into account.
