Ingeniería Civil is a magazine of a technical and scientific character, specialized in the fields of civil engineering: roads, hydraulic works, harbour and coastal engineering, structures and construction materials, environment, geotechnics and other related disciplines.
The main objective of Ingeniería Civil is to serve as a means of transmission of the technical and scientific knowledge among the Spanish speaking technical community, specialized in the fields of its contents.
The present editorial line dates from the end of 1986 and is the result of the unification of two old magazines of CEDEX, the Bibliographical Bulletin of Civil Engineering and the Bulletin of the Laboratorio de Carreteras y Geotecnia (before Bulletin of Information of the Laboratory of Transport and Soil Mechanics).
Between 12 and 15 unpublished technical articles of high scientific level, on some of the subjects object of the magazine, are included in each number. Besides, some reviews and abstracts offer references of other articles of notable quality.
On its part, Ingeniería Civil is the channel to disseminate the technology of CEDEX through the articles of its own specialists, although the magazine has its pages opened to external collaborations with no other limitations that to be originals and to have a high technical quality. If your are interested in publishing an article, consult the Redaction Norms for Articles in Magazine Ingeniería Civil.
